Retourner les abricots \u00e0 mi cuisson. Lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont bien dor\u00e9s et qu&rsquo;une sorte de caramel s&rsquo;est form\u00e9 qui commence \u00e0 \u00e9paissir, mouiller avec un peu d&rsquo;eau.
