Compl\u00e9ter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 du bocal avec de l&rsquo;eau puis remplir presque jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ras-bord avec le vinaigre. Terminer avec le restant des rondelles de betterave.
