Les couper en gros morceaux. D\u00e9couper les filets de poisson en tr\u00e8s gros cubes et les fariner l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. \u00c9mincer l&rsquo;oignon. Mettre un peu d&rsquo;huile \u00e0 chauffer dans le fond d&rsquo;une cocotte. Lorsque l&rsquo;huile est bien chaude, mettre les oignons \u00e0 blondir. Rajouter le poisson et mouiller avec le vin blanc. Saler et poivrer. Mettre les pommes de terre et recouvrir d&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 leur hauteur.
