Lorsqu&rsquo;elles commencent \u00e0 dorer, ajouter le miel et laisser fondre et caram\u00e9liser un peu avant de retirer le m\u00e9lange du feu. Parfumer avec la cannelle.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9parer ensuite le crumble en m\u00e9langeant le mu\u00ebsli, le sucre, la farine et l&rsquo;\u0153uf. Incorporer le beurre en travaillant grossi\u00e8rement la p\u00e2te avec les doigts.<br \/>\nD\u00e9poser le m\u00e9lange pomme-rhubarbe au fond d&rsquo;un plat puis le recouvrir avec le crumble. Mettre dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 230\u00b0.
