Les d\u00e9poser dans le plat, m\u00e9lang\u00e9es au sucre, \u00e9pices et m\u00e9lange de fruits secs. Recouvrir du crumble pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en travaillant du bout des doigts le m\u00e9lange farine sucre avec le beurre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir comme du sable auquel on a ajout\u00e9 les ol\u00e9agineux concass\u00e9s. Enfourner une trentaine de minutes \u00e0 210\u00b0, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les pommes soient cuites et la cro\u00fbte du crumble dor\u00e9e.
