M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients au mixer. Mettre 3 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 caf\u00e9 dans chacun des moules individuels. Faire cuire 25mn \u00e0 200\u00b0. La pointe d&rsquo;un couteau doit ressortir s\u00e8che. Il ne faut pas s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8ter de la teinte tr\u00e8s brune que vont prendre les g\u00e2teaux : c&rsquo;est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la couleur de la p\u00e2te de datte et non un signe qu&rsquo;ils sont trop cuits. N\u00e9anmoins, il faut tout de m\u00eame veiller \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils ne br\u00fblent pas !
