On peut acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer un peu les choses en les mettant au cong\u00e9lateur. Verser la cr\u00e8me fleurette et le sucre vanill\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9cipient froid et battre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e bien ferme. R\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Faire fondre le chocolat au bain marie avec un tout petit fond de lait. Mettre le restant du lait \u00e0 chauffer. Attention \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il ne d\u00e9borde pas de la casserole. Incorporer doucement le lait chaud au chocolat fondu en remuant avec un fouet. On obtient un m\u00e9lange assez \u00e9pais.
