M\u00e9langer le sucre glace tamis\u00e9, les amandes en poudre et la farine. Y incorporer les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fouett\u00e9s puis le beurre ti\u00e9di et l&rsquo;essence d&rsquo;amande. Utiliser des empruntes \u00e0 muffin (\u00e9ventuellement garnies de caissettes en papier) ou des empruntes rectangulaires pour financier. Mettre une cuiller\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de p\u00e2te dans chaque emprunte et enfoncer dans la p\u00e2te trois cerises.
