Essorer celles-ci. Les \u00e9queuter si n\u00e9cessaire et couper grossi\u00e8rement les feuilles au ciseau. Peler et couper le panais en petits morceaux. Faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon dans un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajouter les \u00e9pinards et le panais. Les faire un peu revenir puis mouiller et couvrir. Assaisonner. Cuire\u00a0 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le panais soit tendre.
