J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis une recette de pizza sur ce blog mais la garniture de celle-ci \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement savoureuse.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>pour la p\u00e2te :<\/em><br \/>\n270 ml d&rsquo;eau<br \/>\nune cc de sel<br \/>\nune rasade d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br \/>\n500g de farine<br \/>\nun sachet de levure de boulangerie<br \/>\n<em>pour la garniture :<\/em><br \/>\nde la tapenade d&rsquo;olive noire<br \/>\ndu coulis de tomate<br \/>\nun oignon<br \/>\nquelques tranches de bacon<br \/>\ndes champignons de paris<br \/>\nquelques asperges vertes surgel\u00e9es<br \/>\ndeux petites blettes chinoises (pak choy)<br \/>\ndes c\u00e2pres<br \/>\nde la ricotta<br \/>\nune boule de mozarella<br \/>\nquelques rondelles de ch\u00e8vre buche<br \/>\norigan et olives \u00e0 la catalane<br \/>\nhuile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br \/>\nAu pr\u00e9alable, faire cuire \u00e0 point les pak choy coup\u00e9s en 4 dans la hauteur et les asperges verte dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante. Les passer sous l&rsquo;eau froide et bien les \u00e9goutter. Pour la p\u00e2te, voir ma <a href=\"https:\/\/hyperbate.fr\/homebook\/?p=747\" target=\"_blank\">recette g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de pizza<\/a>. Enduire la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;une fine couche de tapenade puis de coulis de tomate. Dans un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, faire revenir le bacon, l&rsquo;oignon et les champignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s. Disposer sur la p\u00e2te. Recouvrir de tranches de mozarella et de ch\u00e8vres, ainsi que de cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es de ricotta. Disposer sur le dessus les asperges et les blettes chinoises. Ajouter des olives et quelques c\u00e2pres.
